What information we collect

When you request expertise or apply to join the network, we collect the details you give us in the form, such as your name, email address, organisation and a description of what you need or offer.

When you sign up for guides and case studies, we collect your name, email address, the sector you are interested in and whether you want to receive our newsletter.

We do not ask you to upload CVs or documents through this website, and we do not publish expert profiles without explicit permission.

How we use your information

To respond to your request or application and to discuss how we can help.

To give you access to our guides and case studies when you sign up.

To send you our newsletter, only where you have asked to receive it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

We process your information because you have given it to us and asked us to respond, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and growing our network. Where you sign up for the newsletter, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, manage your sign up or meet our legal obligations, and then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email mlea79@icloud.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk.

Security

Your information is stored securely and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. Form details you send us are treated as confidential by default.
